Biography

Tim has extensive lifelong experience in the commercial construction industry that spans all sectors and methods of construction. While holding many roles as superintendent, project manager and owner of his own business Tim, has forged valuable relationships with owners, architects, engineers, bankers, city officials, subcontractors, suppliers, and developers, who are all important role players in the construction industry. Tim and his wife of 35 years have a passion for family gatherings, especially with their children and grandchildren. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying a round of golf, or watching Notre Dame football.

Biography

Kelly has a wealth of experience in the commercial construction industry with 25 years behind her. Starting as a Project Manager's Assistant at a mechanical company in Houston she has had a journey of growth and learning. Kelly has been married for 23 years and is the mother of two boys and three golden retrievers. She has a love for outdoor activities and staying active including camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing and boxing.

Biography

With 35 years of expertise in the construction industry, Brad has held roles such as superintendent, project manager, and ultimately, Director of Construction when he joined the Tavacon team in March of 2022. Beyond the professional realm, Brad’s interests include woodworking, fishing, and cherishing moments with family and friends. Celebrating a successful 30-year marriage, he is also proud to be a parent to a wonderful daughter.

Biography

Raymond has been in the construction industry since 1984, after his military service Raymond became a licensed electrician and has gained extensive knowledge in various construction sectors. He has led and managed commercial construction projects, specializing in the car wash industry as a general superintendent since 2016. For 37 years Raymond has been happily married with two sons. In his leisure time, he enjoys going to the gym and playing golf.

Biography

With a decade of construction expertise, Binson has navigated roles from Assistant Superintendent to Project Manager. His experience spans diverse construction projects, including residential, multifamily, self-storage, retail, medical office, office buildings, and car wash facilities. Alongside his wife of 10 years, Binson nurtures two boys and a girl. Regardless of the weather, you'll always find him joyfully grilling on his patio, as cooking for others brings him immense happiness.

Biography

Following his graduation from Oklahoma State University, Bryan has dedicated over three decades to the field of commercial construction. While he has held positions such as Superintendent and Project Manager, most of his career has revolved around estimating. Bryan’s greatest source of joy comes from traveling with his wife and cherishing moments with his grandson. In moments away from family, you'll often find him refining his golf swing at various golf courses.

Biography

Bob leverages 12 years of Environmental Management experience, including roles as a project manager and regional manager. Following a 13-year stint managing emergency services nationwide, Bob joined the construction industry three years ago, bringing expertise in construction, business management, and customer service. Outside of work, Bob enjoys family time, sports, working out, and is known for his faith and family-oriented values.

Biography

Lucy has been in the construction industry since the early 2000’s, starting in residential construction as a project coordinator then she quickly transitioned into the accounting department.  She decided to move into commercial construction and was able to get a lot of experience in accounting, project management, bidding, and HR.  Outside of the construction world, Lucy spends her time with her two amazing children and two beautiful grandbabies. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying out new places to eat, shopping and she is always down for a good day to chill on the couch and watch a movie.
